This also used to share records when a non VA facility is treating you. Community Care, Emergency medicine when at a linked Facility. They can have my info.

I’m wondering it this is VBA specific. On the VHA side the programming, policies, directives, explicitly state it will not be used for training or algo improvements. For those using it for notes it states records from AI are maintained for 30 days of using for progress notes. Consent is required at each individual contact. Have I used it with Veteran identifying information? Nope but I continue to learn and follow the updates to directives and policies.
