@bilalmunir1995: Step 1 – Boot into Recovery Mode Restart your PC while holding the Shift key to enter Recovery Mode. Step 2 – Open Command Prompt Go to: Troubleshoot → Advanced Options → Command Prompt Step 3 – Rename System Files Enter these commands one by one: c: cd windows/system32 ren utilman.exe utilman1.exe ren cmd.exe utilman.exe exit Step 4 – Trigger CMD from Lock Screen After restart, click the Accessibility icon (bottom-right of lock screen) — Command Prompt will open. Step 5 – Reset Your Password Type this command: control userpasswords2 Select your user, click Reset Password, and enter your new password.
