@khayrat_hamze: ⁨ ⁨ قمح بالحليب او قمحية. المقادير - نص كيلو قمح مقشور - ليتر ونص ماء (للسلق) - ٢ ليتر ونص حليب - ٢ كوب سكر - ٥ ملعقة كبيرة نشاء - ماء زهر وماء ورد منبدا بالقمح المنقوع قبل بيوم منحطو على النار وبس يغلي بخفف النار وبتركو ينسلق ساعة. بطفي النار وبتركو شي ساعة وحبات القمح بتتفتح لحالها. بضيف الحليب ولندسم الحليب ضيفو كوب من الحليب المجفف او علبة قشطة او علبة من الحليب المكثف المحلى وساعتها بدوقوها وبتعدلو السكر. بدها شي ساعة ونص عالنار واكيد اذا زدتو الكمية بصير بدها وقت اكتر. اذا ما بتحبو فيها الحليب زيادة فيكن تخففو نص ليتر. واذا بدكن تخلو كل الكمية بتتحكمو بكثافتها قد ما بدكن باضافة النشا يلي ما بأثر ابدا على الطعمة بالعكس بيعطي قوام رائع بدوبو بشوي من الحليب بكون تاركي شوي من الكمية الاساسية على جنب وبضيفو انتو وعم تحركوها ابدا ما بتشيلو ايدكن منها لتخلص. ملاحظة : الكمية يلي استعملتا بالفيديو لكيلو والحليب طلع معي زيادة لان كيس القمح بيجي ٩٠٠غ وانا عيرت العيار لكيلو ففرق معي بدكن تنتبهو لهيدي النقطة ورغم هيك طلعت كتير طيبة.⁩⁩ #قمحية#قمح-بالحليب#عاشوراء#محرم
