My manager does this to me often! I talk to her nice and everything and do what she says. But I do talk to hire ups well one he’s a very nice older man. He’s understanding and honestly good at being assistant store director. I trust him more than the other guy store director. He sees me always helping customers out and everything my managers look at me like I’m kissing ass but I’m actually making good conversation meaning letting them know what I actually bring to the work environment
