How is this even defensible? 💔🐾 Hopper is just 4 months old, a tiny black and white Labrador retriever mix with a heart full of love. His life has already been so unfair. He came into the shelter with injuries to his hind limbs and a laceration that required surgery. Even after everything he’s been through, Hopper is bright, sweet, and full of puppy curiosity. He leans into pets, wags his tail, and shows a love that no puppy should have to fight to survive for. Hopper needs an experienced rescue who can manage his medical needs and a foster home where he can continue to recover, receive proper care, and feel safe and loved. He does not deserve to die because of human error. A medical sponsor or rescue could save his life and give him the chance to run, play, and experience the love every puppy deserves.
