Yes, you get SFA, for moving/downsizing, it cost you a lot but you get FA back.🥺😳🥺

frankly, Canada has found out that after the pandemic, the smaller bungalows which were already a little tight on the market now cost as much as the larger houses.. even the ones in small centers

Great idea! Most I speak to in their 70s say they should’ve downsized 10yr ago to also gain new community / friends too

I’m 49 and doing it! Lock and go. Also, working in senior accommodations for years, it comes down to if you move into a lodge earlier, you extend the quality of your life or else if you fight to not move, many are forced to live in a crisis….broken hip, early dementia from not eating or drinking right, lack of community or stimulation….then the kids have to dig through a house and garages full of stuff……it’s a real thing.
