Great idea! Most I speak to in their 70s say they should’ve downsized 10yr ago to also gain new community / friends too

frankly, Canada has found out that after the pandemic, the smaller bungalows which were already a little tight on the market now cost as much as the larger houses.. even the ones in small centers
