Today is Lei-lahs day, but we had a side bar because Neikko needed his vaccinations. mind you I medicated him 30 minutes before to calm him down. 3 years ago he was 68 lbs, and I was able to hold him in the chair to get, labs drawn or vaccines. now he is 100lns. and taller. he's as strong as 2 men, and the scratches on my face tell the tale. This doctor is one of the best pediatricians I found in this network. Im not sure how long I will be able to do this, it's becoming stressful on me just overall. my face is scratched up pretty good. but he didn't cry and afterwards wen on like business as usual. this is our autism. Lei is a whole different spectrum. she's a trooper. quiet likes her headphones and drawing. we just need a little help here and there. mind you I have a brace on my ankle that I'm trying to rehab. we've been having better times lately, but it's never the happy times people paint autism to be. neikko will be getting bigger and stronger. my fears are all the fears of black parents everywhere for there sons. what will happen when I'm gone, or if he elopes and someone harms him. my heart is heavy everyday. #OurAutism #Autism ##content #teamNeikko #TeamLei #philly #delaware #jersey #BlackTikTok #fyp #doctor #vaccine #strong #holdingitdown
