Very true. In many Ugandan workplaces, talent alone is not always enough. Loyalty to those in power is often rewarded more than competence, and some leaders feel threatened by high performers rather than empowered by them. Others want exceptional results without being willing to pay for exceptional talent. It’s an unfortunate reality, but one that many professionals experience. I took my skills back to the village😂

We put in alot in Education but we end up being paid peanuts. How do u pay someone below 1M for over 10 years in the same company. No room for promotion, No extra incentives, no housing..😏😏😏😏
