San Crushed Grahams 1/2 cup softened butter 1/2 cup whole milk 1/2 cup all purpose cream 2 packets powdered gelation (20g) 1 cup cream cheese, softened 1/2 condensed milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract STEPS: 1) PRESS - Combine M.Y. San Crushed Honey Grahams and butter to make the crust. Place cupcake liners in a cupcake pan, then scoop 3 tablespoons of mixture in each cup. Press on the bottom and side of the cupcake liner. 2) POUR - Place milk, all purpose cream and gelatin in a small pot, then cook over low heat, stirring continuously until gelatin is dissolved. In a separate bowl, mix softened cream cheese, condensed milk and vanilla until smooth using whisk or hand mixer. Add a pinch of salt if desired. Pour the warm cream-gelatin mixture into the bowl and continue mixing well-combined.
