As a queer person who grew up in a small town in the Bible Belt, as soon as the credits rolled I looked at my partner and said “Great movie. Loved it. It was more sad than scary. However due to personal reasons I can never watch this again.”

there’s some really interesting undertones about the entity only starting to go after people at the moment that they feel love/desire and then when they start to pull back and feel doubt, it becomes violent.

leviticus was DEFINITELY better than girls like girls. i had a hard time believing sonya ever liked her and honestly i thought it was supposed to be that coley liked sonya more than sonya liked coley. ryanaim felt way more natural. also THE ENDING OF GLG PISSED ME OFF SO MUCH???? my theater was literally like ??????? thats it?????.
