a Michelin-starred Korean BBQ spot in SF with a pretty casual vibe. They’re known for charcoal-grilled meats, but everything comes out ready to eat instead of being grilled at the table. We started with the savory egg soufflé with broth and the beef tartare with asian pear, bugak, and egg yolk. Really liked both since they felt pretty different from similar dishes I’ve had at other places. The kimchi jjigae was just okay for me. For the grilled meats, we got the house double-cut galbi, beef neck fillet, and center cut beef tongue. The tongue was sooo tender and definitely a must-order. The galbi was my favorite though. Both the flavor and texture were so good, honestly the best galbi I’ve had so far 😍 Finished with the chamoe soft serve. Overall, really loved the meal, especially all the BBQ meats.
