@morgan.stellaa: LAZY GIRL HIGH-PROTEIN BOWL 🤍 (Makes 2 serves) Ingredients • 500g grass-fed beef mince • 1 large sweet potato, diced • 1 tbsp butter • 1 tbsp olive oil • Salt & pepper • Garlic powder • Mingle Korean BBQ seasoning • 1 avocado • ½ cup cottage cheese Method 1. Preheat oven to 200°C. 2. Dice sweet potato and microwave for 3 minutes to soften (optional but saves time). 3. Toss sweet potato with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder. 4. Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until golden. 5. While the sweet potato cooks, melt butter in a pan. 6. Add beef mince and season with salt, pepper and Mingle Korean BBQ seasoning. 7. Cook until browned. 8. Divide sweet potato, mince, avocado and cottage cheese between two bowls. 9. Enjoy immediately or store for meal prep.
