How do you know the parents didn't teach them to do that?Because they are minors, and we'll get a slap on the hand. They wind up with the person's car that they go and sell it parts or whatever Whatever's in the wallet, how quick the credit cards could be used? You know lots of little things. So I think the parents should be held responsible.Because it's their responsibility to teach their children right and wrong, and an eight year old definitely knows right from wrong
