Sheet Pan Beef Kefta Wraps with Spicy Roasted Garlic Sauce These oven-baked beef kefta are incredibly flavorful and perfect wrapped in warm lavash with a fresh onion salad and creamy roasted garlic sauce. Made with @chosenfoods Avocado Oil and Classic Mayo for extra flavor. #chosenpartner  Ingredients: For the Beef Kefta: 700–900 g lean ground beef (about 1.5–2 lb) Seasoning: 1 tbsp smoked paprika 1 tsp cumin 2 tsp salt 2 tsp black pepper 1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp garam masala 1 large yellow onion, grated and squeezed dry 6–8 garlic cloves, minced 1/3 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped 4 tbsp @chosenfoods Avocado Oil (for topping before baking) For the Roasted Garlic: 2 heads of garlic 1 tbsp avocado oil Salt flakes Optional: you can also roast a red pepper for extra flavor. For the Onion Salad:  1 red onion, thinly sliced 2 médium tomato, diced 1 cucumber, chopped (optional) 1 smoked red pepper, diced (optional) 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped Seasoning: Salt to taste Black pepper to taste 1 tsp sumac 1 tbsp pomegranate molasses Juice of 1/2 lemon 2 tbsp avocado oil For the Roasted Garlic Paprika Sauce:  2 tbsp Greek yogurt 3 tbsp @chosenfoods Classic Mayo Roasted garlic cloves from the 2 heads Juice of 1/2 lemon 1 tbsp tahini Seasoning: 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp chili powder 1 tbsp paprika 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper To Assemble: Lavash bread 1.	Roast garlic heads (tops cut, oil + salt, wrapped in foil) at 200°C for 50- 60 min until soft. 	2.	Grate or chopped finely onion and squeeze out excess liquid. 	3.	Mix beef, minced garlic, Seasoning, parsley and onion until slightly sticky. 	4.	Spread on a baking tray (≈1.5cm thick), score into strips, drizzle with olive oil. 	5.	Bake 12–15 min, then broil 3-6 min until golden. 	6.	In a bowl add sliced red onion, cherry tomatoes, parsley, salt, pepper, sumac, pomegranate syrup and lemon juice for the salad. 	7.	For the sauce, the roasted garlic, mix with yogurt, mayonnaise, tahini, lemon juice, and the seasoning until creamy. 	8.	Spread sauce on lavash/pita, add kefta + salad, roll, and toast lightly if desired.
