I'd like to hear you talk more about this. what if people make you feel like you're a burden? what if every time you ask for help, you're rejected? what if people think they can disrespect you and your time and your efforts but still want access to you ? some personalities are intolerable.... and people find a way to avoid or bully us.... why not disappear from rooms that disturb us?

You can be all those things around the right circle of people. Everyone needs space at times, we are living in an era were everything is heightened, trauma toxicity mental health and abuse, so rather than flowing, people tend to look for these things instead, of allowing others to live in the space and in they're way.
