@lisasaraa: I Don’t Eat Meat Just Like That — But This Lunch or Dinner Is Ready in 30 Minutes! 😋🥘 Ingredients: * 700 g beef * 2 cups rice * 1 large carrot * 1 onion * 5–6 garlic cloves * 2 tbsp soy sauce * 1 tsp salt (or to taste) * 1 tsp paprika * ½ tsp turmeric * ½ tsp black pepper * 3 tbsp olive oil * 4 cups hot water Instructions: 1. Cut the beef into small pieces. 2. Add the salt, paprika, turmeric, black pepper, soy sauce, and 1 tbsp of olive oil. Mix well and let it marinate for 20–30 minutes. 3. Heat a frying pan or a pot with the remaining olive oil and cook the beef until golden brown. Remove the meat and set aside. 4. In the same pan, fry the chopped onion until golden. 5. Add the carrot cut into thin strips and cook for another 3–4 minutes. 6. Rinse the rice thoroughly and add it to the vegetables. Stir and cook for 1–2 minutes. 7. Return the beef to the pan. 8. Pour in the hot water, add the peeled garlic cloves, and season with more salt if needed. 9. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover with a lid, and cook for 25–30 minutes until the rice has absorbed all the liquid. 10.
