Combine all ingredients under “seafood stock base,” allowing it to boil for 15-20 minutes. Once done, remove crabs and clams and strain and set aside the mixture for later.  - Melt butter in a pot with oil, and add garlic and saute until fragrant and soft. Add in your spices and stir and slowly add flour to form the roux.  - Add back the seafood stock.  - Add in your sausages, sweet corn, and potatoes, along with the rest of your seafood meat. Add cream and allow the mixture to simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the potatoes are soft.  - Serve with freshly toasted bread and enjoy! #CookingASMR #ASMR #Soups
