the lines coming from the compressor is still cold but hot air thru the vents. I put refrigerant recharge and it last a few weeks. So there is a leak somewhere. What's the solution?

on a lot of cars it's actually the relay (A/C fuse) which is about a 45¢ part

If freon is already completely leaked out, you can simply use a tire valve tool for like $3.00.
