@lauren.digitalsales: The craziest part? None of that was the plan. When I first started maternity leave, I wasn't trying to build a business. I wasn't trying to replace my income. I was just a mum staring at my situation wondering how I was supposed to make everything work. Because if you've been on maternity leave, you'll know... The weeks seem to disappear faster than ever. The food shop costs more. The baby needs something every week. And suddenly every little expense feels like a big one. I remember constantly doing mental maths. Working out what we could afford. Panicking about how quickly maternity leave would fly by. And worrying about having to go back to work before I felt ready. So I started looking for another option. Not a second job. Not something that would take me away from my baby. Just something I could learn around naps and in the evenings. That's when I started learning about digital products, Canva and using ready-made products 🙌 At first, I had absolutely no clue what I was doing 😂 But I loved that I could start with products that were already created, learn as I went and build my confidence over time. That decision ended up changing far more than I ever expected. Because it wasn't just about creating extra income from home. It was about creating options. It was about having breathing room. It was about feeling more in control of my future. And so far it's helped me: ✨ Extend my maternity leave ✨ Reduce my working hours ✨ Create extra income from home ✨ Spend more time with my girls And honestly? That's one of the best feelings in the world ❤️ If you're currently pregnant, on maternity leave or already worrying about going back to work, pop me a DM with MUM and I’ll show you exactly how I got started as a complete beginner 🥰 Remember to follow so we can message each other x #maternityleaveuk #matleaveover #newmumsuk #workfromhomemum #mumsidehustleuk
