@dr.dan_dpt: Rolling out is great for reducing symptoms but if you want the true long lasting change you’re looking for you have to also improve the strength, flexibility, and coordination of the feet and lower leg. #physicaltherapy

I really need help- my knee cracks/grinds kinda every single time I bend it but I got it looked at by a doctor on an X-ray and they said my knee cap looked fine and normal, then I had to go back in to see with an MRI if anything else showed up. Nothing did but they gave me steri0ds to try and see if it would help because they thought air was building up pressure or sum. But it never did. And every time I bend my knee it hurts and I can put my hand on top of my knee and you can feel itthe grinding and you can hear it too.
