What is the real reason God removes someone from your life? It is not punishment. It may be protection. The first reason: that person has finished their purpose in your life. Not everyone is meant to walk with you until the end. Ruth lost her husband and left the place that was familiar to her. But it was in that empty season that God prepared a new blessing for her. Some people come into your life to teach you a lesson. The second reason: God sees what you cannot see. You only see what that person gave you, but God sees what they are taking from you. He sees the heart hidden in the dark. And He sees what would happen later if that person stayed. Sometimes, God steps in early not to hurt you, but to hold you back. The third reason: your space is already occupied. God wants to give you something new, but you are still holding on to the old. If He wants to place something better into your life, He may first have to remove what should no longer be taking up space there. So do not think that losing a relationship means your life is over. Sometimes, God begins rebuilding you right where you experienced loss. The fourth reason: God wants you to know that He is the only One who never leaves. People change. Loved ones may walk away. Friends may leave too. But God said, “I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.” — Hebrews 13:5 KJV He is not the One who was once there. He is the One who is always there.
