Shape the truffles: Roll the mixture into balls using your hands and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper (this recipe makes about 10–12 truffles). Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour, or until firm. 3. Prepare the coating: Once the truffles have hardened, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together. Stir until smooth. 4. Coat the truffles: Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, then place them back on the parchment-lined tray. Drizzle with any remaining melted chocolate for a decorative touch. 5.
