MAKE RELIQUIA!! In northern Mexico, during rosarios (when we pray in group to a saint on their day), the hosts make reliquia, which is an assortment of pasta soups, asado rojo, patoles (big beans), sometimes they'll serve pan dulce and atole, IT'S HEAVENLY!!!
