Allen Rae Co. stated on Monday that initial investigation points to school bullying as the motive behind the shooting incident inside San Jose National High School in Tacloban City on Monday. "We have taken custody of the 2 CICL (Child in Conflict with the Law) suspects — alias Rod, 15 years old, also a student of the same school, and alias Nash, 14 years old, also from the same school. Initially, it appears that the motive of the crime was grudge for school bullying,” he stated.
