If the negative and positive thoughts light up the same part of the brain, and we are told that the negative thoughts feeds these entities, what feeds on our positive thoughts? and also can a human being experience life without emotions/feelings? like can I just observe life without generating an emotion?

Yes, people aren't bored anymore which stimulated creativity, our jobs are slowly disappearing which give us purpose, all of our questions are being answered so no need for critical thinking, not sure what the future holds but it doesn't look very promising.
