First of all if you have a student that paid you money to learning a skill in your shop or store for a giving period of time, the individual is a student not a worker, if that individual comes early or late is none of your business she paid for your services, I know decipline is part of the learning process but it can't be forced on a student is a choice, by the end of the agreed time if the student didn't learn anything is also none of your business you can drive the student home, if you don't lelorate late coming you address the issue calmly. if you're not make refunds please say it at the beginning of registration so your student knows what they're signing up for.. Thank you

Before you start any work wether you dey learn or you are paid you will sign an agreement and in that agreement the time to resume work is there and you will have to respect that wether is by 7 oo or by 8 because you gat open shop, clean the shop and wait for customers before your boss comes because apprentice dey hold key turn by turn abi you want your boss to dey come b4 you, abegggg 12 is too late
