@its.anya.lacey: I am so tired of not having a proper yoga setup to practice with. Every session turns into some weird engineering project where I’m balancing on a couch cushion, using a dining room chair for support, and somehow incorporating three completely unrelated pieces of furniture into a single stretch. At this point, I’m pretty sure my “yoga studio” looks more like an obstacle course than a place for relaxation. The funniest part is that all of this could probably be solved by spending twenty bucks on a yoga mat, but for some reason I absolutely refuse to do it. Instead, I continue risking my lower back while convincing myself that the edge of my coffee table is a perfectly reasonable yoga prop. Can someone please analyze why my brain would rather create furniture-based yoga gymnastics than just buy the one thing designed for yoga? #YogaLife #RelatableHumor #AdultingProblems #FitnessFail #workoutroutine
