hi abs! i'm on day 5 of healing my relationship with food. last night i woke up around 1am so so hungry which has never happened to me before. i got up and ate loads of my homemade flapjack. i'm feeling more energised now, the food noise and fear around 'right and wrong' foods is still very loud but im hoping that's something that will change as time passes. thank you so much for these videos they really help 💗 i think i might try biscoff you make it seem soooo nice
