I think if you pulled up your duvet under your pillows would clean it up more. I would have the sheets with flowers pulled over the duvet at the pillows to add that pop your looking for

Looks fab!✨ Log or round pillow could be the cherry on top! Maybe something like this log one and the round ones here aren’t giving what I’m thinking, but if it was fuzzy or something, maybe??? I feel like round may soften the all the edges and vibe with your chair and barstools. Either way - your space is beautiful, babe!💋
