@e1io.ae: Looks like a lot of people were worried Velina would need Norma to work, but after testing, that's really not the case 😭 Most players are saying Velina is already strong on her own and actually works better with anomaly characters like Jane, Aria, Burnice, and Promeia. Some teams are stronger than others, but her Vortex damage is so crazy that she can still make a lot of characters feel way better.
