Im hitting an 8 week shred most to 10weeks what helps you with the anxiety of eating?. Wake up 4:30am hit incline cardio 5-6am 6am hit class workout 7-8am hotpilates or yoga 8-9 gym weights shower then work? I eat 6:6 meals a day with 2 carbs on daily 1 fat how do you do eat? With anxious eating 😆 i chew gum now
