@masuma_khann: If you want my routine comment “RESET” Losing 10kg after I stopped exclusively breastfeeding my second baby for 20 months. One of the hardest things I’ve ever done but the most rewarding. As someone who’s been skinny my whole life gaining most of my weight during breastfeeding was crazy. I was thirsty and hungry all the time. My relationship with food became toxic: I was addicted. Huge portions to make me feel better emotionally. Then not eating enough all day for a few days and then binge eating. my body was screaming at me to make changes I had: -insulin resistance -chronic stress and cortisol face -holding onto so much water weight I looked puffy all the time -extreme pain in hands and feet My body needed a reset. So I promised myself. Once I stop breastfeeding and I’m focusing on my health. I started fixing my relationship with food, started walking more and then the game changer was lifting weights- HEAVY weights. this was where I got a coach to help me, and now I’m sharing everything I’ve learnt 🩷💪🏻
