Biscuits Cake  Literally 5 min work and you’ll get the most delicious dessert on earth. It’s easy biscuits tiramisu style dessert. Chocolate biscuits dipped in cold coffee, layered with vanilla cream in between and topped with creamy chocolate ganache.  So what are u waiting for? Go make it now 🥳 Ingredients:  240g chocolate biscuits  500ml heavy whipped cream  95g Instead vanilla pudding (Jell-o) 120ml milk  For the ganache:  150g dark chocolate  50g milk chocolate  200ml heavy whipped cream  Method:  1. in a mixing bowl place heavy whipped cream, milk and instant pudding and whisk to a stiff peaks.  2. Make in a small bowl coffee (mix 1-2 tsp instant coffee with a little bit hot water and add milk- it’s should be cold)  3. Use baking sheet 9/9inch (20/20cm) lined with parchment paper.  4. Deep the biscuits in the cold coffee and layer the pan with the first layer.  5. Spread 1/3 amount from the cream and repeat again. Total 3 layer of biscuits and 3 layer of cream.  6. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.  7. In a mixing bowl (microwave safe) place dark chocolate, milk chocolate and heavy whipped cream and microwave in 30sec pulse until melting. Stir well.  8. Pour the ganache on top and refrigerate for 1 hour.  9. Serve and Enjoy 😉  You can freeze the cake to make perfect pieces, but you don’t need really to do this.
