You need batteries. It tried firing. These ficms are picky. They need the voltage and amps.

Make sure it’s actually grounded to idk why but mine wasn’t getting a ground I had to run a ground from frame to it for my truck to run but it grounds to frame so if it’s not bolted in you may not be getting ground

Check your fuel filter housing i had to change the whole filter housing on my lly because there was air getting in it somewhere.

Yeah I would put new batteries in it, it was slow cranking the whole time.

My old lb7 I had 04 ran great never had problem with it and one day I went out to my truck to start it and crank no start and truck ran great the day before so didn’t make sense after about 2 months of chasing stuff my wiring harness from ecm to tcm was bad and fried my ecm and caused a crank no start and trying to crank it so much I had to replace my cp3 pump at the same time bc I didn’t know my ecm was bad so it was telling my ficm to send fuel so I burnt the seals out of cp3 for cranking it so much dry

Swap batteries and hook the fuel lines up to the ficm like they’re supposed to be and mount it where it’s supposed to be

Definitely batteries my lly would crank and crank and crank charged batteries bc truck sat for a while and after I charged them been good ever sense

Check the fuse I had one that it blew the fuse and I fought like hell after replacing the ficm
