Today’s advice.. Always turn your bathroom light on. I grabbed preperation H instead of toothpaste and put it on my toothbrush

I have grabbed the toothpaste and started to apply on my arm as sunscreen. Didn’t get very far, my mind FINALLY registered “mint” and I looked at the tube.

I haven’t hair pasted my face, but it looks cool 🤗 I have however taken my medications TWICE because my anxiety went nuts between the two and as soon as they were swallowed I was like…..wait 🤨🤨
