Harry Burgess, 25, started acting out on April 4 while he and his buddies were heading to New Eltham via train. He once urinated on a seat and showed off his genitalia to other travellers. After that, Harry Burgess threw the pillow at a male passenger, hitting him in the face. He then sexually assaulted a woman as she boarded the train at New Eltham station. "Harry Burgess's rude and vulgar behaviour was both humiliating and intimidating for the woman he targeted," said Detective Constable Matt Smart. "His ineffective attempts to impress his travelling companions have led to his current imprisonment." Burgess can now attest to the seriousness of sexual assault and violence in general. Harry Burgess, a resident of Brodrick Grove, Greenwich, London, pleaded guilty to assault by beating and sexual assault at Bromley Magistrates' Court. He received a five-year sexual harm prevention order and a 24-week prison sentence on Monday, September 18.
