I lost 70 lbs, been fighting the same 5 lbs for the last year now. im still definitely gaining muscle and seeing changes but dang. I still have like 30 to go, hoping for strength to finish this, because the result will be incredible.

You’re not necessarily going to be able to add a rep each week though, progressive overload is necessary because of muscle growth, it doesn’t cause it
