@abbiepowell1: month one complete!!! got my habits on lock and showing up for myself even when motherhood is giving me a million reasons not too. I feel 100 x better in my self, more confident, healthier, fitter both of these videos are THE day I got my period, so a very accurate representation of how my body has changed. I felt so bloated and like I had made no progress at all until I put these videos side by side & that says it all! teething, hourly wakes, busy weeks at work + family trips. doing what I said I would do and showing up for MYSELF! ❤️‍🩹
