as somebody who has to trust the Postal service to deliver one-off unique items, this is a chance you take and unfortunately sometimes accidents can happen despite the amount of effort you put into packaging the item, well in Queen for shining a light on this as of course everybody has their own experiences And this is not to discredit any experience However, sometimes they're just are extended circumstances that cannot be controlled, some things are just down to the will of the universe, what will be will be. 💯❤️🙏🕊️🐦🔥👑

As someone who sells crystals. More customers need to understand that the sellers who wrap the products properly are not at fault when damages do happen. Once it’s out of your hands it’s up to the courier unfortunately

As someone that works at UPS a lot of stuff gets broken during shipping. Yes some companies should package a lot better also. But for the most part it ends up getting damaged during shipping.

I’ve been ordering from this lovely company for over 6 years and I’ve never had a problem with their products. Everything has been beautifully packed and protected. But delivery companies can be savage the way the handle parcels. No respect for people’s goods.

I deliver for FedEx here in the states. People throw around packages like crazy, especially the loaders. I can almost guarantee that was your issue, unfortunately!!!
