I’m trying to build muscle and people make fun of what I eat. I love me some chicken and potatoes/ sweet potatoes and my family says that I shouldn’t eat potatoes😭😭 or one day I wanted eggs and some waffles and my mom said one or the other and I’m like I NEED both. Obviously I do watch what I eat and the amount and I also have a fast metabolism. I don’t track macros I just focus on high protein and carbs.

especially because i eat alot of voluminous foods (salads/oats/potatos/soups) when it comes to treats its like i have the capacity to eat so much. alot of people eat low volume processed junk so often that they cant actually eat alot of volume of real food!! then they judge you for how much you can eat😭

Right there with you 🤪 my appetite isn’t the issue. It just the fact I can eat like a linebacker in off szn & still have a 6 pack. It’s really hard to hold my tongue. my coach thinks ima metabolic freak. LOL

Same! I left heavy and put in some good muscle over the years. I do track my macros, I don’t compete anymore BUT because I’ve create a good burning body I can eat more and stay lean 💪 PS I love food too, this is my way to stay healthy and get to eat all the things 😁
