While the injection at the injured level cut the pain down it wasn't until I had one done a level below the injury did the pain relief really happen. So for those who have a disc issue at L5S1 and the epidural only helped a bit, talk to your Dr's about getting another at S1S2, it might help a lot more! Im not completely pain free (some positions and movements still cause a bit of pain) but im far more functional than I was😁

Don’t do it 😳 most painful experience I ever had when the juice hits the nerve. Stopped breathing twice during the 15 minutes procedure and it only worked for 7 days.
