The reason I didn't continue watching This show is because I couldn't stand the way this older officer was being treated. It felt like his superior was always talking down to him, saying hurtful things, and making him feel unwanted. Every time it happened, I genuinely felt bad for him. I'm a very emotional person, and I easily empathize with people. Something that may not affect others can affect me deeply. Watching such a calm, sweet, and respectful man constantly being treated that way was honestly painful for me. It felt like his superior disliked him and never really wanted him there. Because of that, I couldn't enjoy the show anymore. Instead of being entertained, I found myself feeling sad and upset for him. I didn't want to keep watching something that would leave me emotional and close to tears all the time, so I decided to stop watching it.
