@rimsha.habib0: Easy Thai Chicken Curry 🥥🍛 Ingredients * 500g chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces * Oil * 3–4 garlic cloves, finely chopped * 1 medium onion * 2 tbsp Thai curry paste * Mixed frozen vegetables * ½ cup coconut milk * ½ cup water * 1 tsp salt (or to taste) * ½ tsp black pepper * 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice Method 1. Heat some oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant. 2. Add the chicken and cook for 4–5 minutes until it starts changing color. 3. Stir in the Thai curry paste and mix well. 4. Add the mixed frozen vegetables and cook for about a minute. 5. Pour in the ½ cup coconut milk and ½ cup water, then stir everything together. 6. Add the salt and black pepper. 7.
