@mehirpropertyinvestments: Why should first-time property investors consider Supported Living? The biggest benefit, in my opinion, is that these are typically long leases, anything from 5 to 25 years. They're normally FRI leases, or as close as possible to an FRI lease, which means they are designed to be very hands-off for the landlord. ✅ Long leases (typically 5–25 years) ✅ Rent paid every month, whether the property is occupied or not ✅ No void periods ✅ No chasing rent arrears ✅ No dealing with tenants moving in and out ✅ No worrying about tenants damaging the property ✅ Day-to-day maintenance and management handled by the provider ✅ A much more passive, hands-off investment compared to traditional buy-to-let ✅ The rents are also attractive. Market rent as a minimum in many cases ✅ Potential for higher rents where properties meet specialist provider requirements *Full T&C's are in the lease which you read before signing. If you'd like help securing a Supported Living lease, you can join my consultancy service via the link in my bio. Alternatively, if you'd like to learn how to do this yourself, or you're an estate agent, sourcer, developer, or property investor who wants to work directly with providers, I'm currently creating a masterclass where I'll be sharing exactly what I do in my business. This will include: ✅ Provider names ✅ Provider contact details ✅ Live demand lists ✅ Property requirements ✅ How to approach providers ✅ My sourcing and packaging process ✅ The systems and documents I use in my business The reality is that I'm now reaching capacity with the number of developers and landlords I can work with personally. There's only so many hours in the day. That's why I'm putting together everything I use so that people can go out and do it themselves if they choose to.
