JUST ANOTHER NORMAL DAY AS A MOM OF TWO 🤣😭❤️ And here’s what motherhood has been teaching me lately… We can’t always control what happens around us, but we can learn how to respond to it. ❤️ I can’t control bila anak sakit. I can’t control bila anak tantrum. I can’t control bila basikal tiba-tiba pancit. And I definitely can’t expect every family outing to go as planned. 🤣 But I can learn to recognise my emotions and find healthier ways to manage them. Sebab I realised, as moms, we’re always busy taking care of everyone else’s needs. Sampai kadang-kadang kita lupa… MOMMY HAS EMOTIONAL NEEDS TOO. 🥹❤️ And taking care of my emotions is also part of taking care of my family. I don’t want to be a mom who never gets angry or stressed. That’s impossible kot 🤣 I just want to be a mom who knows how to recharge, regulate my emotions and come back with a calmer heart. Sebab bila kita sendiri overwhelmed, benda kecil pun boleh rasa besar. And bila kita dah calmer, kita ada lebih ruang untuk respond to our kids with patience and empathy. ❤️ So mommies, find YOUR thing. It doesn’t have to be Zumba, karaoke or exercise. Maybe it’s reading, journaling, walking, praying, or simply enjoying a quiet cup of coffee. Whatever helps you reconnect with yourself. ✨ Because self-care isn’t always about pampering ourselves. Sometimes it’s about learning how to take care of our emotions. ❤️ And the biggest lesson for me? ONE BAD MOMENT DOESN’T HAVE TO BECOME A BAD DAY. ✨ Some days will still be messy. Some days we’ll still lose our patience. And that’s okay, we can always learn, repair and try again. At the end of the day, I’m not trying to be a perfect mom. I’m just learning to be a more emotionally healthy one. 🥹❤️ So korg suka release stress mcm mana!? ❤️😍
