So here’s a fresh, crunchy salad with edamame beans (another freezer staple) and a miso and lime dressing. Perfect for a hot summer’s day dinner or lunch. This took about 15 minutes to make and the only cooking is the steaming of the gyoza (alternatively you can microwave! Or fry…) It’s full of veg (plant count of 9!) and so fresh.
