@_proteinprincess: s’mores brownies🍫🤍 makes 12 total, 1 square = 70 calories & 4g protein😋🔥 Ingredients: • ½ cup oat flour • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder • ½ cup sweetener of choice • 1 tsp baking powder • Pinch of salt • ¾ cup nonfat Greek yogurt • 1 egg • splash of vanilla • 1 tsp olive oil • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk • ¼ cup Lily’s chocolate chips • 3 graham cracker sheets • ½ cup mini marshmallows Mix all of the brownie ingredients together until smooth, then fold in the chocolate chips. Place 3 graham cracker sheets on the bottom of a greased 8.6 x 6.5-inch baking pan and pour the brownie batter over top. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. As soon as the brownies come out of the oven, sprinkle ½ cup mini marshmallows evenly over the top. Place under the low broiler for 1–2 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden and toasted.
