@luckie.magara: A good workout is not measured by how exhausted you are at the end or how many exercises appear on your program. It’s measured by whether you provided enough stimulus to drive adaptation. If your first five exercises are performed with high effort and quality, the next three may simply be accumulating fatigue rather than contributing meaningfully to growth. More is only better up to the point where it improves the stimulus. Beyond that, it’s just junk volume.
