@abbiedennisonfit: At the start of my fitness journey, I thought the exercises that gave me the biggest ‘burn’ were the ones that would grow my glutes So I spent a lot of time doing cable kickbacks, banded exercises, and chasing that feeling Now I focus on heavy compound lifts and progressively overloading them over time Because real progress doesn’t come from how much an exercise burns, it comes from giving your muscles a reason to adapt
