I’m really sorry this happened to you! Praying a speedy recovery. I stalked their google reviews and it seems like IPL is a common issue other customers face and they don’t do a good job with apologizing and just make excuses for why it “didn’t work”. You deserved better ❤️

I own a clinic and have been doing skin and hair lasers for 15 years. The truth is, your skin type based on the Fitzpatrick scale was never made for IPL. It is the worst for our skin type and someone professional should have known that. They also should have never recommended a microneedling if you had a trip coming up so soon 😭🤌🏽 I’m so sorry this happened to you. No one deserves to go through this :( Sending love and a hopefully quick recovery! p.s 100% silicone gel that is medical grade is the best option for healing this burn otherwise it may take super long.
